After the Governor's order,

 

"In accordance with the Guidelines from the President and the

CDC, every person in Texas shall avoid social gatherings in

groups of more than 10 people",
 
we will need to cancel our Wednesday public hearing and regular meeting. 

 

We will reschedule after the order is lifted.

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 
PUBLIC AND REGULAR MEETING

Notice is given that a Public hearing and Regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at Tioga City Hall, 600 Main Street, Tioga, Texas, at 6:30 p.m.

This is an Open Meeting, open to the public, subject to the OPEN MEETING LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS and, as required by law, is hereby posted at the Tioga City Hall on March 20, 2020, giving notice of date, time, place, and agenda thereof.

Public Hearing:

1.       Open Public Hearing.

2.       Hear testimony on zoning change for property located at SW corner of Texas Street and FM 922---15.0024 acres, Sarah Cross Survey, Abstract No: A-210 Lot R-1 from PD to C-2. Schedule possible Public Hearing.

       3.       Close Public Hearing.

Regular Meeting:

1.            Open Regular Meeting

2.            Prayer

 

3.           Discuss and consider approving minutes of the last two meetings. Possible Action.

4.            Discuss and consider zoning change for property located at SW corner of Texas Street and FM 922---15.0024 acres, Sarah Cross Survey, Abstract No: A-210 Lot R-1 from PD to C-2. Make recommendations to City.

5.            Open discussion and setting date for the next meeting. Possible Action.

6.            Adjourn Planning and Zoning Regular Meeting.
