Notice is given that a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Tioga City Hall, 600 Main Street, Tioga, Texas, at 6:30 p.m.

This is an Open Meeting, open to the public, subject to the OPEN MEETING LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS and, as required by law, is hereby posted at the Tioga City Hall on February 21, 2020, giving notice of date, time, place, and agenda thereof.

3.           Discuss and consider approving minutes of the last meeting. Possible Action.

4.            Discuss and consider zoning change for property located at SW corner of Texas Street and FM 922---15.0024 acres, Sarah Cross Survey, Abstract No: A-210 Lot R-1 from PD to C-2. Schedule possible Public Hearing.

5.            Open discussion and setting date for the next meeting. Possible Action.

6.            Adjourn Planning and Zoning Regular Meeting.
