Planning and Zoning Committee Meeting Minutes Meeting Held April 26, 2017
A regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Tioga, Texas was held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Tioga City Hall, 600 Main Street, Tioga, Texas.
Call to Order: The P&Z meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m.
Prayer:Given by Janet Sloane
Declaring a Quorum: A quorum was declared. The committee members present were Arlene Joice, Janet Sloane, Patrick Coyle, Kristi Staples (late arrival) Dale Cavin not present. One visitor present
Approval of Minutes:March Minutes were tabled until June meeting.
Committee discussed difference between Planned Development and Subdivision.
Continue to review subdivision ordinances and bring any questions or concerns you have about them to following meetings.
Suggested that committee members attend July City Council meeting to stay informed on upcoming Land Use and Capital Improvement Plan revisions and suggestions being made by city council and city engineer.
Next Meeting: Next meeting set for June 28, 2017, 7:00 p.m. No May meeting because of graduation and other school functions.
Adjourn: Meeting adjourned 7:55 p.m. Motion made by Janet Sloane, seconded by Kristi Staples. Motion carries.
