PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 
PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULAR MEETING

Notice is given that a capital public hearing and regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Tioga City Hall, 600 Main Street, Tioga, Texas, at 7:00 p.m.

This is an Open Meeting, open to the public, subject to the OPEN MEETING LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS and, as required by law, is hereby posted at the Tioga City Hall on October 25, 2019, giving notice of date, time, place, and agenda thereof.

Public Hearing:

1.                   Call the Public Meeting to Order.

2.                   Declaring of a quorum.

3.                   Public comment concerning zoning change for Billy and Beverly Cordell. Their property (616 N. Porch St. G-0210 Sarah A. Cross 2.4 acres) is presently zoned R-1 and they would like to change it to C-2.

4.                   Close Public Meeting

5.                   Open Regular Meeting

6.                   Prayer

7.           Discuss and consider approving minutes of the last meeting. Possible Action.

8.            Discuss and consider zoning change for Billy and Beverly Cordell. Their property (616 N. Porch St. G-0210 Sarah A. Cross 2.4 acres) is presently zoned R-1 and they would like to change it to C-2.

 9.           Open discussion and setting date for the next meeting. Possible Action.
