Notice is hereby given that a public hearing and regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Tioga, Texas will be held November 30 2016 at Tioga City Hall, 600 Main Street, Tioga, Texas, beginning at 7:00 p.m.. This is an OPEN MEETING, open to the public, subject to the OPEN MEETING LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS and, AS REQUIRED BY LAW, is hereby posted at the Tioga City Hall on November 23, 2016, giving notice of date, time, place and agenda thereof.

3. Declaring of a quorum.

  Open Public Hearing

4. Public Hearing on proposed ordinance deleting section 19.13.11 and
   amending section 19.23 of sign ordinance number 259 regarding sign
   regulations.
5. Close Public Hearing

6. Open Regular Meeting.

   Discuss and consider approving minutes of October 26.
8. Discuss and consider making a recommendation to the city council  
  regarding deleting section 19.13.11 and amending section 19.23 of  
  ordinance 259 regarding sign regulations.

9. Open forum and discussion of new business for future meeting agendas.

10. Adjourn
