A regular meeting of the Planing and Zoning Commission of the City of Tioga, Texas was held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Tioga City Hall, 600 Main Street, Tioga, Texas.
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m.
Declaring a Quorum: Dale, Kim and Arlene were present.
Approval of Minutes: Minutes were not available. Item was tabled.Will consider at the next meeting.
Review of current projects in town. No new projects were started since the last meeting.
Next meeting will be June 27th.
Adjournment: Dale made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m. with Kim making the second. Motion carried.

Notice is given that a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held May 30, 2018 at Tioga City Hall, 600 Main Street, Tioga, Texas, at 7:00 p.m.
These are open meetings, open to the public, subject to the OPEN MEETING LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS and, as required by law, are hereby posted at the Tioga City Hall on May 27, 2018, giving notice of date, time, place, and agenda thereof.
