PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 
REGULAR MEETING

Notice is given that a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Tioga City Hall, 600 Main Street, Tioga, Texas, at 6:30 p.m.

This is an Open Meeting, open to the public, subject to the OPEN MEETING LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS and, as required by law, is hereby posted at the Tioga City Hall on December 13, 2019, giving notice of date, time, place, and agenda thereof.

 

Regular Meeting:

1.                   Open Regular Meeting

2.                   Prayer

3.           Discuss and consider approving minutes of the last meeting. Possible Action.

4.            Gather information for subdivision ordinances from surrounding towns in order to update our present ordinances. Discuss and consider approaching the city council with a proposal to update the current subdivision ordinances.

5.            Open discussion and setting date for the next meeting. Possible Action.

6.            Adjourn Planning and Zoning Regular Meeting.
