Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Tioga, Texas will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Tioga City Hall, 600 Main Street, Tioga, Texas, beginning at 7:00 p.m.. This is an OPEN MEETING, open to the public, subject to the OPEN MEETING LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS and, AS REQUIRED BY LAW, is hereby posted at the Tioga City Hall on June 20, 2014, giving notice of date, time, place and agenda thereof.

AGENDA:
1. Call to order.
2. Prayer
3. Declaring of a quorum.
4. Discuss and consider approving the minutes of the April 30, 2014 meeting. Possible Action.
5. Continue Brainstorming goals for P&Z for future zoning as the city grows and expands.
6. Discuss research by members for future projects such as a parks, environmental center and green beltways as well as creating an historic district. Compose list of issues and questions for meeting with Planning Department at TCOG July 1st.
7. Adjourn
